Assessment
We review your current setup: site, server, logins, contracts. You get a written overview.

Build and hand over
You see progress every week. At launch we hand you the source code and the logins to your systems.
Operations
After launch we run the site: updates, backup, monitoring and support at agreed hours, cancellable monthly.

The questions we hear most
Can't the agency around the corner do this for a third of the price?
Quite possibly, and for some projects that is the right fit. The difference usually shows after launch: who looks after the server, and what does an update cost? If you get a clear answer, it's a good offer.
What does it cost?
That depends on what already exists and what it needs to do. So we quote after the assessment: a fixed price for the build, a monthly fee for operations.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
Either you tell us, or monitoring has already flagged it. We find the cause and fix it.
Do you work with WordPress?
Yes, when it's the right tool. If your site already runs on WordPress, we tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping, and if it is, we clean it up.
Do you take over existing websites?
Yes, including ones someone else built. First we check the code, the server and the logins, then tell you what can keep running as it is and what needs fixing first.

Then we start with the assessment. You get an overview and a recommendation.
How long does it take?
That depends on the scope. The proposal states the delivery date alongside the price, and you see progress every week.
Can we edit the texts ourselves?
Yes. You edit text and images yourself in the content management system. Send us anything else and we make the change.
Is the site GDPR-compliant?
We build for it from the start: hosting in the EU, no trackers, no third-party cookies unless you ask for them, and forms that store only what they need.
