- We apply operating system and dependency updates promptly and renew certificates before they expire.

- Daily and stored off-site. We test restores regularly.
- Monitoring
- We monitor availability, certificate expiry and error rates.
- Support
- Requests by email or through the form, with one dedicated contact. Support hours and response times are set in the contract.
- Report
- Once a quarter: how the site ran, what we did, what is coming up.

As long as everything runs, you won't notice the missing maintenance. A missing security update or an expired certificate only shows up when visitors see a warning or the site stops loading.
