I have spent years on software that large companies need running around the clock. Every change there is checked beforehand and watched in production afterwards, because an outage reaches customers straight away. Small business websites rarely get that care, even though enquiries and sales depend on them too. SchratTech brings it to them, from planning through day-to-day operation.
Why we stay small
We keep things direct: the person reading your email is the person who knows your code. To keep it that way, we grow in small steps.
What we believe
- A website is not finished at launch. It needs someone who looks after it.
- You should always know what you have. The code, logins and documentation are yours.
- Fewer moving parts break less often. We leave out what the site doesn't need.
- A straight answer is worth more than a nice one, even when it's "you don't need us".
